Quest Diagnostics

I drive further to get to this location because its so fantastic. The wait is never bad and every phlebotomist Ive had has always done an incredible job. Im always nervous getting my blood taken and they always make it an easy experience. I highly recommend the Oakmont location of Quest Diagnostics.

Scheduled an appoint today about an hour beforehand using Quests website, which produced a confirmation code for me. When a used the self-checking kiosk 1 min after the scheduled appointment time, the kiosk message was no appointment found. Entered the same confirmation code 3 times, even using all caps once, nothing worked. Horribly disappointed, I left immediately and headed to the next closest lab, assuming I was in the wrong place. They worked me in and while waiting, double checked my reservation. I had gone to the right location in the first place, yet the kiosk said I had no appointment. Very frustrating.

I wish someone would answer the phoneits just a looped menu from hell. I had some questions before my appointment that I made online. I had to make a wasted trip, and have to go back again.

I had not an issue with the wait time or staff courtesy. However, the phlebotomist missed my vein and stabbed me in the muscle. It was painful and took a long time to fill a vial because she had to wait for the blood to pool instead of the vein pumping it out directly. I have swelling and bruising which still hurts 2 hours later.
