        I came in last minute due to the hospital staff pointing me to the wrong place and the lady was super nice. I am slightly phobic of needles and she was super calm and polite about it. I know it's cheesy but I barely felt the needle at all. This helped a ton with my fear. Plus for each time they filled a new bottle with blood, she didn't FORCE the bottle into the needle. She held the needle and then put the container on it so it's MUCH less painful. Thank you for everything!
