The lady was very nice, got in and out within 15 minutes. The problem is she left a huge bump and bruise. The bump has gone down some but the bruise is horrible. Can't extend my are totally

Scheduled an appointment. Arrived early as instructed. Registered at the kiosck and sat down to wait. I really like the screen that confirms that I was in the waiting room. I was called in within my appointment time. The wonderful your phlebotomist confirmed that it was me and verified my information and withdrew my blood and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes!!! Now this is a perfect example when we just have participation all the way around!! Thank you
