Jay Brewer is a hustler. BEWARE. He will charge >60% over what his contractors charge. Horrible work, incomplete, questionable subs, hidden charges, questionable billing (print out every bill you get from him, because he changes as he goes). Total scam and HORRIBLE END PRODUCT. We had to fire him and kick him off our property. Yeah, this guy is really that bad. Scammed up for ~$10k,. BUYER BEWARE.

Hires crew and then refuses to pay for work they completed. Then fires entire crew 2 weeks in row. Doesn’t pay anyone for work that was completed. So he gets all free labor while the laborers have children and families who starve. Not a good man at all! Selfish and unethical. He gives the business a bad name for the guys who work hard.

Jay hiring meth heads to run and recruit folks to work agreeing on hourly rates and paid Friday and when come time pay the tweakers are now gone and this guy jay the owner, of course knows nothing about anything and refusing to pay the crews that did the work. He’s a smart alloc and very unprofessional have all text to prove so. Steer clear of brewer builds or you’ll be scammed as well guarantee it!! Pathetic

About a year ago I worked on my bedroom. Pic 1 was the original texture and I wanted a knockdown texture. Well the job was poorly done and I was left a mess. My mom found Jay online and he did a phenomenal job redoing my bedroom (pic 2 & 3). He was always easy to message because he responded quickly to texts and while working on my room he just gave me honest and thorough responses. He was also very clean…he picked up after himself each day and was flexible quoting me on additional side jobs like installing my ceiling fan and hallway light. Meeting Jay was random because my mom hired him for a project on my front patio which lead to redoing my room. I’m fortunate my mom found Jay because I am already talking to him about redoing my guest bathroom next! Thanks to Jay, I got to sleep in my room and my own bed after a year!
