        I have shopped at this store twice, and both times I was helped by Erika. It was a fantastic experience on each occasion! She spent a lot of time helping me track down what I needed, and gave me great insights to help guide me toward the appropriate tile choice. She even remembered me the second time we spoke, which was on the phone and six months after my initial visit! This was before she even looked me up in the system, I was blown away. Even when I told her I would be purchasing a certain type of tile elsewhere due to cost difference, she was still very kind and thanked me. I appreciate the uncommon level of customer service I received from Erika, and in my view she is a major asset to this Daltile store!
