Marshall Construction Company

We built our home 25 years ago and it was definitely time to remodel. We wanted to remove a load-bearing wall, double the size of our kitchen, completely change the layout, replace flooring throughout the home (expect bedrooms) and repaint everything. I met with several companies and asked them to provide estimates. Some of them were outlandish and completely outside our budget. Others were within our budget, but we were offput by those companies and their representatives for various reasons (slow response, late for meetings, etc.). We asked Marshall Construction to provide an estimate because of the great reviews they received from past clients. Andrew DeJong was our assigned representative and we worked with him throughout the project. We chose Marshall Construction because the cost estimate was very reasonable and within our budget. We also chose them because Andrew was incredibly reliable and easy to work with. From the time we tentatively agreed to go with them in September 2023 until the project was completed in March 2024, Andrew and Marshall Construction were trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to work with. The scope of our project was expanded several times based upon our desires and they seamlessly adjusted to meet our needs. Andrew was always transparent and candid with us. Any time we called with questions (day or night and on weekends), he was quick to respond and provide the needed information. Every employee that worked on our home was talented, hard-working, and very friendly. I was impressed with their relentless work ethic and the quality of the product they produced. Ricardo and the other craftsmen do amazing work (paint, flooring, etc.). We chose large format tile for our flooring. The tile is difficult to install because of the length. Regardless, they did a great job, and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. Any punch-list item we identified was immediately corrected without complaint. The custom cabinets are top-notch (construction, installation and finish). Overall, I cannot recommend Marshall Construction enough. They are a great company, and their employees do excellent work.

Marshall Construction did an incredible job two times in two different houses over the past 8 years. Ron and his workers have remodeled both bathrooms making them handicap friendly and with an incredible look. 6 Stars!

This company did a remodel of one of our bathrooms. Excellent job. Ron Marshall is very easy to work with and his men are very efficient and neat with their work. Ron closely supervised all work done and everything was completed to our full satisfaction.

Marshall Construction came through for us on our bathroom remodel with flying colors. Costs came in within the estimates provided, the quality of the materials and workmanship were excellent, and they completed the job earlier than expected. They earned all five stars!

I don't know where to start. When we started planning a home remodel, all we heard were horror stories about how terrible this would be. Our experience was the complete opposite. Marshall construction was wonderful and we had a great experience. We had to wait a few months before the contractors could begin. This gave us plenty of time to firm up everything we were asking for. We had our kitchen and master bath remodeled. Everyone who came onto our property was polite, professional and personable. They took great care with all of our belongings and with our pets. They knew their names by the time they left. The work done was impecable. I could not have asked for more. They took my vision and my ideas and brought them to life. And they completed all of this in half the time they projected. I am pleased with every decision that was made. We had a delay getting the final appliance installed and Andrew gave up his weekend to personally pick this up and install it so we wouldn't have to have any further delays. He consistantly went above and beyond for us. I have two additional projects I want done and will not let anyone other than Marshall Construction complete this for me. If you need work done, I highly recommend Marshall Construction and Andrew and Albert. They were very professional and their teams were great!
