Horrible place outdated not worth the money stayed one night and checked out great location right next to Zoo

The freezer is not working, the room didn't clean. This is the second time house keeping didn't clean the room. They were iour room but disn't clean it. The chair was in the front of the door. The table in the kitxhen was have some scrumb . Iam very disapointed with their service.

AWFUL!!!! Was $280 a night and was not worth a penny! I’ve never written a bad review but I felt the need to warn others about this rip off! Our room was beyond dirty, it smelled gross, they never changed our sheets or gave us new towels during our three nights, and there was no one working the front desk to check me out (waited 15 min). I ended up leaving a sticky note with my room number asking to check me out. It was obvious the door had been kicked in before because the old metal lock was broke in half. They didn’t bother taking that off before adding another lock. There were dirty dishes in our sink upon arrival as well. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is that the location is great, but even then it’s not worth it! Would have been worth it to stay downtown and drive a bit further!
