Been here since November my daughter and I love it. Tracey in the office is amazing really everyone great havent had a problem with the staff .for my apartment my a/c wasn't working and when I tell u that Maintenance man brought up 2 a/c unit up to the 3rd floor to make sure we had a/c and definitely in a timely manner I wil never forget and I like how they come to check the apartment and see if we need a work order makes for great upkeep well thanks everyone.

If you have to come here, just know that you are dealing with the type of management that will displace an entire family, just days before they are scheduled to move out, just because she cant get her way. We have small children two of them with breathing issues, the fat lady in the office, continues to try to push fogging on us, which she clearly knows, will endanger my two children with respiratory issues. Because she cannot get her way, she behaves childishly and vindictively, often trying to impose extra charges and pretty much frustrate you into leaving. Since the beginning of our stay, she has charged me for things, and tried to charge me twice for the same things. She literally has to walk around with security because, shes so used to being antagonistic, and having people backlash at her, that she fears for her safety. Its really sad. You will not get your deposit back , no matter what they say. She will find a reason. I really feel sorry for the people in the office that have to work near her. I will let the conditions of the place for itself. When I moved in, two pictures fell off the wall on their own, and one of them onto one of my children. I did not complain. I simply took them down to the office so they could have them back for safekeeping, but she tried to charge me for it. If you need on-site laundry, know in advance that several washers dont work and youll have to dry your clothes at least twice on most dryers. So enjoy overpaying for laundry, too. I almost forgot about the moldy ac units. Theres so many things. Just beware.
