I purchased some products for my riding mower and didn't use them. I brought them in for a refund and the Manager, Jennifer, stated that I needed the packaging for a refund. After a few minutes of discussing, she issued the refund - and declined charging me a restocking fee (which I offered to pay). Bottom line is that she did a fantastic job of providing a professional level of customer service.

After many problems with Sears Parts direct online ordering system, we randomly called a local store in Fort Worth to try and get the issues fixed. We spoke with Jennifer who helped get to the bottom of all of our issues with the online store and immediately got us the part that we ordered. She was a great help and listened to all of our concerns.

Too bad there is not a rating lower than 1. I tried to call 3 times and each time the phone is answered by someone who speaks so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying and then put on hold almost before she was finished speaking. I was never removed from hold after at least 8 minutes, each time. Never talked to anyone.

Ordered part online, 24 hours it was ready to pick up. Pulled in 5 minutes till closing, along with another customer ahead of me, cashier/associate as pleasant as could be, went straight to my part, checked me out and I got a discount coupon to boot! I'll be back.
