        I do not recommend! My appliance was within warranty and the company set me up with these guys. My appointment was scheduled from 8-12, no one showed so I called and was told my appointment was scheduled from 1-3. At around 2:30pm I received a call from the tech saying he was 30 minutes away. 3:30pm, no one has shown. I called again and the woman that picked up said she attempted to call the guy but there was no answer but she assured me that he was on his way. 4pm still nothing, I called back and was told he came by, attempted to call me with no answer, which was a lie because I had been waiting all day for him! And he stated he went to the apartment office for reference which was another lie because I was in fact working in the apartment office. So there was nothing but lies and no shows with this company.

Regarding your appointment, we regret any inconvenience caused by the scheduling issue. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with Sears and we did not receive notification of your original appointment for the 13th. Once we were informed, we made it a priority to schedule and attend to your service needs on the 14th. We also appreciate the challenges that come with maintaining older appliances. In the case of your older microwave, we found that the necessary parts are unfortunately no longer available. We have submitted our findings to Sears, and they will be in touch regarding the next steps. We are committed to providing quality service and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
