Worst experience ever they have a policy going on right now that there are no refunds or exchanges. One of the sales representatives tried helping me and my fiancé look for a ring I told him that my fiance is a size 10 he went ahead and wrote down a size 9 and on top of the ring we had to wait for a jeweler to fix the ring for us and pay extra. I called after we received the ring informing them that the ring didn't fit and they said they would fix the ring at no charge. We went to go give them the ring a few days later and I told a lady about our situation (I'm sure she was the manager) and she wanted us to pay extra money to make the ring bigger and the ring would've been damaged anyway because of the top coating. She was very rude and made me feel like I was wrong after I told them in the first place what his size was I never complain about service. She said I was fortunate for the price I got it in the first place but now I'm stuck with a ring that doesn't even fit my soon to be husband. I used to work at a jewelry store prior to this experience, you plain and simple know to especially make the experience exciting and memorable especially when you want to marry the love of your life. I would never treat customers this way. Very distasteful behavior I do not recommend coming to a place where they treat you like you don't matter and your soon to be marriage like joke.

I am not surprised they are closing their doors. We came in to look for a wedding band. We were told that everything is 80% off due to store closing in El Paso, TX. We found a ring and were given one price when we were trying it on. My husband was so excited to buy it for me because we have been looking for a long time. When we got to the checkout, "magically" price for the ring doubled and sales lady said, "oh I am sorry I guess I made a mistake". Really? You made a mistake. Manager was useless and condescending too. No help, no explanation, nothing. I will not give you my business and will not recommend you to anyone. Because of your customer service the store is going out of business!!!
