        The personnel are so nice. Because of Covid, knock or call when you arrive so they will open the door for you. We went today to have a bracelet cleaned and to order another one. They took care of us quickly and efficiently. Recommend them highly!

        I ordered a necklace for my son that was overpriced through a catalog because they do NOT have any in stock. I told them EXACTLY what I wanted. When the necklace finally came in 3 weeks AFTER it was promised, it wasn’t at all what I had ordered. I was denied a refund even though my receipt said I have a 90 day refund. DO NOT shop there!!! He is NOT a man of his word .
