        Classy little jewelry shop, mainly dealing in silver which I personally love. They are also an authorized Pandora dealer so that is a plus. They also have a variety of life alert charms as well in case you need em.

        This store has lost it's customer service. No one was inside the store and no one greeted me. A tall lady w/ glasses, and long gray hair was very rude! It looked like she was bothered I was even there. A friend of mine had the same issue earlier this year with that same lady and decided not to buy anything because of her. I decided to go to the mini James Avery kiosk instead inside of Dillard's. they attended me much better there. Not returning this store ever again.

      Each piece of jewelry we create is inspired by the most precious things in life: love, family, friendship and faith. Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store in Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso!
