The place stays packed . Between the main doctor and NP they can't seem to get it together. Unfortunately not many endocrinologist to choose from here in EP . The wait time is also ridiculous!

This is literally the WORST doctor Ive ever been to. I went for a thyroid issue and from the moment I got a call to schedule an appointment it was a terrible experience. The day of I was scheduled for 10am and was not seen until after 5pm. The waiting room was overfilling with patients not being seen. When I finally did get seen it was for about 3 minutes total with the doctor for an aggressive ultrasound and to have her tell me I have hashimotos, then give ZERO information on how to proceed, what the diagnosis is, or how it affects me in any way. In addition to that she abruptly diagnosed me with a heart murmur and leaky heart valves. Panicked, I then had to go to my primary and specialists to have EKG and an echocardiogram, spending $600 for them to tell me NOTHING is wrong with my heart. Scheduling here is ridiculous, I spent 40+ minutes on hold each time Ive called. I also received a call and voicemail at 4:30pm on a Friday saying to call back, so I immediately called back, and they said sorry the office closed at noon try again another time. Its absolute chaos here for below par healthcare. If youre going for a thyroid issue you shouldnt leave with a misdiagnosed heart problem. If youre able to, please drive to New Mexico, Odessa/Midland, or even Arizona its worth it. The time you spend driving somewhere else will be faster than waiting in the lobby here anyways.

It has been an excruciatingly painful experience working with this doctors office. As of now, I have been waiting for a month and one week to receive the corrected lab order and a prescription renewal. My symptoms are worsening and quality of life diminishing, yet there is nothing from this office to do what they are literally paid to do. Calls are always answered late and once they are, it is the same routine of I will submit the request to the doctor and will call you back. The call back never comes. The doctor appears to be knowledgeable but is extremely inefficient in running this office. After being pushed for phone consults, I graciously accepted it due to being run over with my symptoms that are still undiagnosed. The doctor rescheduled the call twice and then I did not receive any call on the day. I had to call on two more additional days to be able to talk to her. This is the most inefficient, disorganized, careless office I have ever encountered. As a patient, I feel like a number and a burden. Just go elsewhere.

The Doctor is great but the scheduling is ridiculous. You will have to wait an hour here for sure. First visit was an hour. Second is 2 and a half hours so far. Had a follow up appointment and the prescription she gave me is helping. Then my most recent appointment i was the first one here, signed in paid and got called back and an hour and a half still waiting.
