If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. People in the front are so rude, zero empathy for patients. They make you wait over 3 hours, I dont know why they make appointments if the schedule is full, this are sick people waiting. They cant be there sitting down that amount of time. Dr. Marranzini too, he doesnt seem to care about patients. I overheard a front desk lady tell a patient that if she didnt wanted to wait to look for another doctor. Really? Wow, your professionalism. Avoid this place if you can. Please

My son went to this clinic briefly before we moved away in 2018. Orders were never sent correctly. Prior authorizations were never submitted. At times we would arrive and the provider was on vacation, the practice closed, and no one bothered to notify the patients. Finally, it has been going on 4 years since weve left this practice....and they will not stop calling us to inform us that he hasnt been seen. Ive asked at least 5-6 times to have my number removed from their records but they continue to call. Find somewhere else to go, this practice isnt worth the hassle.

Will never waste another minute going to this Dr. Went to him for 3 years and it seemed like a complete waste of time. Asked him my first visit about my blood sugar and Goiter. He quickly answered and then left. Dr Marranzini will NOT give you any information unless you ask and its always a real quick answer never actually explains anything. He will leave you feeling very unsure of what to do about your disease Told me I would have my Goiter for forever Never explained to me why I even got the Goiter. Didnt even try to find out what caused it I am now seeing a new Endocrinologist who is Completely different She is NOT from EL Paso and actually Explains Everything. She told me she would find out what actually caused my Goiter to form in the first place and that it is important to treat because Goiters can become Cancerous I definitely recommend going to see a Doctor who is NOT from El Paso From my experience in El Paso I have learned that most Doctors here are just out for a PAYCHECK.

Yes, you're gonna have to wait. No, you won't be seen at the time that your appointment was scheduled. No, there's nothing on the tv. But... Dr. Marranzini got my sister's diabetes controlled and made her keenly aware of her glucose levels by getting her the Dexcom Continuous Monitor. Her A1C went from a dangerous 13 to 5. That's important because her kidneys are failing. Now, he's working on me. Stay tuned for updates. In the meantime, bring a book, plenty of phone battery and be ready to sit for a while. (I tend to pace.) Rest assured, he's got this!
