I would never go back with this Dr he dont even let you ask question he only see results and then he is like continue with the same medicine..worst dr ever

The Customer Service here is super bad. People have waited 5 hours over their appointment time. If you try calling them they will not answer even after calling 20+ times. Very slow. Poor customer service. Its a waste of time

If I could give -0 or more I would the staff at this office is incapable of answering phones! They are unprofessional and very INADEQUATE for a medical facility!!! I hope Dr. Marranzini has alot of money because his staff is going to ruin his reputation but on the other hand if he knows what's going on then he should close his doors I've already found another Dr. Thank God!! A simple medical records request 2 weeks ago and his staff hasn't even responded to the request???? What are they doing???? Horrible Horrible experience they should all be reported to the medical board for incompetence!!!! I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS Dr or his facility And if This is your Dr I wish you all the luck and prayers because they should not be taking care of anyone's family member!!! Good luck
