Del Sol Medical Center: Emergency Room

They deserved zero stars. I was warned not to come to this hospital, but had an emergency. Rude staff overall no compassion or empathy. From the nurses to receptionist in the ER department. No body does anything while you are lying in severe pain just ignore you. They do not know how to placed an IV in your arm. What kind of hospital is this? Plain neglect to the patients and family members. Whatever they tell about this bad hospital they are falling short. Go somehwere else you are better off. Or enter at your own risk.

This hospital is always helpful with telling me what's wrong with me when I ain't feeling too good and I've never had any problem with any of the staff until this past Tuesday. They were trying to put an IV in but some freaking nurse or I don't know what he tried after the first after nurse couldn't but he made a big bruise on my left arm which I didn't notice how bad it got until I had gotten home because at first it was just green then it got purple. After he couldn't get it the first time he tried on my right arm which he kept shoving in the needle further and kept moving it all crazy after i told him to take out a couple times because that's how bad it was hurting but he wasn't listening so now thanks to him I now ain't comfortable going back.

My phone is about to die ineed to order uber they dont hurry at all im so pissd of i dont have my charger Again I been here since 4pm I know the Dr want to wait but I'm tell her that I'm afraid bto ride the Uber late at nigth that my only 4 number to go down to 110 for the heart Rate to go down the dr dont understand this time of nigth I don't know what tapy of Uber drive there is I only use the Uber when the sun out I'm so scared to ride a Uber when it drak I have paic attack she wan me to have breakdown I need to go home now it getting late and d I'm not able to get on a Uber att time of nigth I have ptsd she just want to have a flash back my family don't have to go Thurs this pstd they're not going to deal with me when I go thur my flash back my family dose

I arrived in pain and almost unable to walk because of it, they sent me home anyway. If it hurts, it's because something is wrong, but... well, they don't want to take the risk. After three hours of dying from pain, they gave me something and half an hour later they sent me home, still in pain but less annoying, and I I came here because they always treated me well, no more, sorry Del sol
