        So great! Yea compared to the mcallen branch sometimes the customer service is subpar, but today I was helped by a young man named Mario who was AMAZING. Seeing i was confused he offered help and talked me thru my problem perfectly! He didn't rush me either, WOW, awesome job!

        I needed to make a payment, and with running the rat race, failing to meet deadlines is a reality. With that said, I went to got make a payment at this branch and I was turned always by a Sales lady at around 9 am because the weather was too cold. This was unprofessional, and did not meet my business needs nor upheld policy as one is meant to when you owe overdraft charges and you need to pay them.
