        Consistently the worst WF Ive been to. Unprofessional staff and excessive wait times. Nothing is easy here. Looks like this is a long-known issue that does not get resolved. Would suggest going to a different branch or bank altogether.

        What a terrible place and rude people that work there. A supposed banker woman told us we had to wait 30 mins in case her next appointment didnt show up. Why could she not help us during those 30 mins prior to her appointment? Let me tell you why. Because she wanted those 30 mins to chat with another employee who was doing nothing other than standing around. Mind you, Im already a customer so it would have taken her not even 10mins to help us. Unprofessional people.
