Chase Bank

Its been 4 times that I go to this branch and every time I get the same customer service attention. Worthless, bad service, no solution, these people just want to go make their 8 hour day and get the check every week.

Banker greeting guests behave like a social club with the precious customers, it was a couple and they chitchatting about good restaurant n micheladas!!!! The other banker arrived and the same story!!! I agree that we must be courteous with customers, but there was more people waiting to be taken care of, like me, I needed help, took my lunch hour to get there but unfortunately had to return to work cause party there was great that there was no time for they to take care if my issue!!!

It is completely absurd that the reps can take deposits from people whenever they want. Ive been coming to this bank for 3 years, and have met multiple workers. Pilar Zuniga and Andrea (both have taken my deposits before) were working today, but apparently they have never seen me before and have no idea who I am, so since I forgot my ID they refused to help me. Since there was a huge line Im assuming they didnt want to take my 3 deposits as it would make them take longer. As you can see Andrea has taken my deposit multiple times throughout this month, and Pilar Zuniga has been taking my deposits since 2021 when I started working. It is absurd that they are able to act like this with no repercussions. I dont recommend coming to this location as Ive had multiple issues with them forgetting to give me the money back and extremely long wait lines.
