My review isnt based on the gym itself - rather the awful, disorganized aquatics programming. My daughter (3 years old) has been taking swim lessons both group and private here for some time. While I adore the instructors the management is awful and the aquatics supervisor is going to drive away guests with his lack of consideration or customer service for kids. After taking lessons here regularly for some time tonight the pool manager decided my 3 year old can no longer wear goggles. Despite all the Lap swimmers wearing them suddenly children cannot.

Great new pool ! Nice facility. A little messy outside, but I cant wait to check the renovations.
People there are very nice!

After taking lessons here regularly for some time tonight the pool manager decided my 3 year old can no longer wear goggles. He publicly scolded her instructor for allowing her to which was unprofessional and rude then forced my daughter to sit on the pool deck and cry because suddenly goggles are against the pool rules. Despite all the Lap swimmers wearing them suddenly children cannot. She's was hysterical because they have her in class with a 6 year old who splashes regularly based on his more advanced skills but nonetheless my TODDLER and Instructor were scolded. Take your money elsewhere if you're looking to involve your children- such a shame that a great local gym has such awful management
