Polite but sales coverage has no idea about any of the watches. Sales coverage thought my seamaster had a date even though clearly it doesnt and was confused on how wind the watch and then blurts out 30 seconds in "well this is an automatic watch". Unable to replace a band as well.

Subpar customer service and product knowledge. I've tried to buy from them more then once but was faced with staff that would blatantly tell you incorrect information about a watch. Stopped in one day to have a watch resized, they have no clue how to correctly adjust a watch nor will they give you all the extra links, pins, and screws back. My final try with the store, stopped buy at 5:45pm, they close at 7:00pm this night, and looked at three employees standing around doing nothing but told that they were closed and to come back. There are other authorized dealers close buy that offer way better service, knowledge, and pricing.
