Don't share details over phone. Well, all other AD's I have called for Rolex do share, so shame on you, and don't you dare you respond me with your typical message. "Sorry, blah blah blah, please contact us if you need us", well when I did, I received poor customer service.

Angel is the best! She treats you like a longtime friend and really tries to get to know you on a personal level. She is extremely knowledgable in jewelry and timepieces and is very approachable and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Angel whenever visiting Bachendorf's in the Galleria. You will not regret it

I can't say enough about the team at the Bachendorf's Galleria. I have been buying with them for many years and it has always been a great experience. No matter who you work with, they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have a deep passion for watches and Steve has been my guy and helped me get into some fantastic pieces. He has seen it all and done it all so he can help you find the perfect piece for your collection. Through Steve, I was introduced to Angel and she immediately had a fantastic rapport with my wife. Together they designed her reimagined wedding ring using the original stone from the first ring I bought her 30 years ago and she couldn't be happier.
