Terrible Terrible location! Drove around the place for over an hour! Sitting on the corner of Custer and legacy, Custer and independence back and forth, only to find it's somewhere in an apartment? Phone doesn't work, hangs up on you? I'm going to Joe's stolen watch shop S Dallas. At least I can find it and the phone works!!!

I found Swiss Watch Repairs on Google, and I'm so glad I did! I met Joseph, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, but most importantly, extremely kind. Would highly recommend seeing him for any watch repair! Just make sure to turn into the Allstate building parking lot.

This is not the place for a timely service, they are rude and lack of customer service attitude. I took a Tag Heuer for a battery replacement and clasp repair. Just for the estimate it took ten days and repair would take up to 3 months. Really?. I went today to got my watch back because I did not receive an estimate in TEN days and on top I was mistreated. If you send your Tag directly it would take 6 weeks. I ended up taking my Tag to High Grade Watch Repair in Plano and got repairs an additional polish that was not offered by this individuals for the same prize and in just a couple of days. Do not fall for this guys, there are plenty of options in the Metroplex.

While they allude to the fact that they are purveyors and restorers of luxury swiss watches, at most I would reluctantly get a battery change on a Swatch at this establishment. I wanted to change a bezel on my vintage GMT and brought it here expecting a quick turnaround given that it didn't seem a complicated installation. What happened next turned out to be an ordeal. The turnaround was much longer than quoted with a lack of communication. When I finally picked up my watch, things seemed amiss. The installation was done rather poorly with movement of the bezel near impossible. I had provided a vintage bezel to be installed and the one on my watch was quite clearly not the one I had brought in which was confirmed by comparing it to pictures from the dealer I had purchased it from I tried to clarify things via e-mail though many times they would not respond or only ask to call. Sometimes it would take several emails to get a response with rather curt replies. I brought up to them that I was considering legal action. Their tone changed rapidly as did their response time. They claimed they had tried calling and emailing me several times notifying me about the bezel switch. Apparently now my vintage bezel was sitting in a box in their possession that they took upon themselves to keep. The mendacity of their claims was rather obvious. If you have a timepiece of any value, I would suggest avoiding this place. Use an authorized dealer or others without such ill repute. Again if you just need that battery changed on your fine quartz watch or a complicated strap switch head over here.

Our location is no where near Legacy, Custer or Independence. I can only assume that you left the unkind and unnecessary one star review for us by mistake since we are located on Spring Valley Drive about 1/2 mile North of the Galleria in Dallas. Not Plano. If we can be of assistance, please don't hesitate to call or stop by our offices at 5220 Spring Valley Drive, Suite 620, Dallas, TX 75254. If you are still unsure upon arrival, call from the parking lot and we'll send someone down to help.

Thanks for your kind words, Michael. The pleasure was all mine as I could tell right off that you were/are a kind soul yourself. I look forward to assisting you again whenever you need something or if you simply are in the neighborhood and want to visit. It's people like you who make business a pleasure. Regards, Joseph
