        I would give 0 stars bc this location doesn't deserve any star rating. Rude, just simply rude and not even attempting customer service nor any intellectual comprehensive skills. Avoid Anna & Josh if all possible so that you won't be subjected to their ignorance and inability to use listening or reasonable deductive skills.
