Office Depot

2 stars for printing. Lost order twice. Long waits in person and on phone. Over two weeks to get eight 5x7 card stock prints completed. Still actually havent been able to get order or information. Customer service is attempting to be helpful and friendly but that is lost due to the fact that an order which should take 20 mins is taking over 2 weeks.

I was very happy with the customer service that I received when visiting Office Depot to print some baby shower invitations. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me. Its something that you dont see every day most of the time you cant even find somebody to help you. That was not the case at this location in New Braunfels, Texas.

They have never gotten my copy orders correct. Today I just went to pick up my (incorrect) order and had to stand in line 30 minutes with a mere 3 people in front of me. They are the only office supply in town. I think Ill go to SA from now on. Ridiculous.

Shoot me now, but for the love of God, don't make wait in line at this place again. Mind you, the very few kids they have are very nice, however their sales / cash wrap hardware and software are soooooo abysmal. It must be depressing as the kids don't seem to really care. Ordered self inking custom stamp in afternoon. When asked when wanted, 2 hours or next morning, I asked for next morning. Wasn't ready following afternoon. Staff could not find order or tell me it was lost, MIA, eaten by aliens.... since I didn't have receipt or payment card with me. There was little cluster of stamp orders there. I could see them. One was clearly waiting to be completed as the factory wrapping was on it as it sat on the order form. Staff couldn't see/find it even with my name on it or copy written on order Turned out that when I returned in evening with the receipt, one would think that all would be revealed. "Nope," can't find it. Of course we checked the computer against the receipt, my email, phone no. Zip, zero, nada. "Say, how about that those on the counter?" I asked. He glanced at them, "Nope." "How about that one with the wrapping on it? I asked. "Oh that one's not done!" was the response. Yes, there was my order, not only not started but apparently invisible. Having the order allowed me to get a refund. Now if this was just a quick pop in and out all three times, I'd be mildly annoyed. Having to stand in line for over ten minutes each time to get bupkus really chaps my cheerios. I'll give them 2 stars as their gravity was good. You guys can figure this out on your own. Hire a shopper, pay attention, get some store metrics.
