Staff is very caring, takes care her guest in a timely manner. Easy process to renew each week. They also send reminders cause yes we get busy. Housekeeping is respectful and polite and listens to you on room. Total stay has been a pleasant one for me..I do appreciate them and their hard work. Very friendly employees

Mrs. Barb is absolutely amazing. She made sure that my daughter and I knew that we would be safe and that there were a number of people on site that could help with any issues or concerns we have. She made us feel welcome right away and made sure we were completely comfortable before proceeding with our paperwork. Great management skills and people skills.

Ive stayed at a fair amount of InTown Suites, and by far this is the nicest, and cleanest Ive seen. Ms. Barb and her staff definitely care and shows it. After a week I have no complaints.

They have roaches and the manager Barba is racist! When I checked in everything needed to be fixed such my wall outlet the stove didnt work and fridge had shelves that didnt fit. Barba also show favoritism in the Caucasian tenants thats been there longer.
