Neighborhood Credit Union

Two weeks ago I opened a couple of accounts, I was told that they had to run a credit report I asked what type of report, he said is a soft pull will not affect your credit, I agreed and went ahead and opened the account, later that day received a notification that a hard credit inquiry was done. Stay away from this company, either they don’t know what they are doing or plain lied.

I love my NCU. Marco at the Cockrell Hill branch is so helpful. He has made my experience very pleasant and has helped in many personal banking issues.

I've been doing business with NCU for many years and have always had terrific service for remote services. I rarely have to visit a branch, so I have no input on that portion of their business. I recently worked with Marco H. in establishing a new account and he was terrific to work with. He was patient and professional, and followed up with an email. Thank you Marco and NCU!

This branch is great my issue is with the call center. Tried to call the branch today and my call was diverted to a call center even though they are open. The agent had no basic information like which branches could assist me in getting a instant card replacement and became rude when I questioned the purpose of diverting the calls if they are open. She said if I wanted the information I would have to go in person. This is absolutely inconvenient if they are going to take the call have the information!!
