        Worst credit union EVER! Beware. Going downhill fast. Outsourcing calls to call inadequate centers with language barriers. Closing ATMs permanently. No more personal loans. Inconvenient business hours. Closed on weekends. Terrible phone prompts, not user friendly at all. It just send you in circles when trying to get a real person other than a Mexican call center. Nothing against Mexico. Just terrible credit unions that Masquerade as legitimate financial institutions.

        Christina and Micah are always so pleasant and know your name when you come in. Christina has gone above and beyond to be helpful. I also love the new ATM that lets you do all transactions that can be done inside.

        The loan department of NCU. is so wonderful to work with! They take care of business, processing everything super quickly, and also providing an MVP. check to pay for the vehicle purchase, and I wish to mention the loan officer Marco that helped me with the process, he was amazing and always attentive to all my requests! 5 stars in customer services, left me extremely satisfied.       We are Neighborhood Credit Union, the oldest credit union in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Unlike traditional banking institutions, our goal is not to make a profit from our customers.
