I am a resident here and have to compliment the maintenance team. Antonio especially has helped me on several occasions. He tackles any job with a true helpfulness, proficiency, and kindness.

lived here in 2017 when IMT was managing it, and it was really great. Don't know what it's like now, as there was a mgmt change when I moved out, but I will say that the soundproofing in this apartment was amazing. I did not hear a single peep from my neighbors during the entirety of my year and a half stay.

Edit: I'm leaving the review in it's entirety up as it adequately reflects my stay here. However, I want to point out that after posting this I was contacted by the property manager. Maintenance was sent out that day and several other issues were addressed by the property manager. She sat and listened to me, never tried to defend the actions of the complex, and assured me she'd do everything she could to make things right. I gave her a week and it seems like she's genuinely taken an interest in making the remainder of my stay better, short though it may be. If the property continues to take care of their tenants the way that I've been taken care of over the last week, it should be easy to get much better ratings across the board. =======ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW======= I was here for a year and have 34 maintenance requests. Anywhere from the rubber lining in the dishwasher coming off to contractors leaving a giant hole in my ceiling for months at a time. I have had no less than 3 water leaks in my ceiling from the apartment above requiring both contractors to come out and basically prevent me from living and working in my apartment for weeks on end and the maintenance staff requiring me to run commercial-grade fans to dry up the water in the dry wall increasing my electric bill threefold and being so loud I had to purchase ear plugs just to sleep. The front office staff does little to assist the tenants, going so far as to remind me that without 60-days moving notice there's a move-out fee. Hilariously, this information was provided to me when they offered me a new lease 57 days before my lease was up. The only real positive is that it's in a nice area.

As a resident of this property for over a year, please believe me when I say RUN away from Seville Uptown. What all other reviewers say is true, the design of the building and some of the more recently renovated units are beautiful. However, there are many cons with this apartment: - Terrible management (ignore calls, emails, in person visits, and constantly changing). - Horrible cleanliness (there’s a terrible “smell” throughout all the hallways - residents have plugged in their own air fresheners outside of their doors to combat it, the stairwells and parking garage flood with an inch of rain during every storm and smell like mold/mildew for weeks afterwards, dog pee/poop in carpeted hallways and tons outside of the building not picked up, trash littered in the hallways or garage not picked up for months) - Safety issues (packages are constantly stolen both from the mailroom and in front of apartments within hours of delivery, with the only support from management being signs asking delivery drivers to be more careful) - Really old facilities (the garage door is constantly broken, key fobs don’t work because the door locks are often faulty, rundown elevator, broken pool furniture, slamming/squeaky hallway doors) I loved Seville when I first moved in and was so excited to live here. But my time here has been really disappointing and I want to discourage any other Dallas residents from making the same mistake of getting a lease here.
