The 5 reviews are fake obviously. You have to pay 3 dollars every 24 hours if you are visiting someone. Again you have to pay to pay 3 dollars EVERY 24 hours to visit someone in an apartment where the gate doesnt even close to ensure safety. They tow so happily even the people who actually live there imagine paying to be a visitor in an apartment that doesnt even satisfy paying tenants or have high class housing. This is absurd

Beautiful complex, and I love the Amenities! Management and staff are very friendly, and helpful! I love that they take the time to make sure I fully understand the process every step of the way!

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in... I stayed here for 3 years and it was the worst experience I ever had. First off I had a leak in my bathroom and my kitchen that caused gnats and no one ever tried to come fix it.. gnats were EVERYWHERE LITERALLY. SECOND there were strange looking men sleeping in the breeze way all times of the day and night.. there are un nesscary gun shots all the time. Ppl break into your cars and in the summer time it is so hot.. when I ask for someone to come fix it I was told to get a fan,,. The neighbors are the icing on the cake. They sit outside all day and all night listening to what's goes on in your home.. they are so loud I couldn't do my classes online.. the gate never closes which welcomes outside ppl to come in and out as they please.. the pool was never open... NEVER.. ITS REALLY THERE JUST FOR SHOW. Please please don't move here unless it's your ONLY OPTION... YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED.. THEY ONLY TIME YOU HEAR FROM THE OFFICE WAS WHEN YOUR RENT WAS DUE or LATE..

Terrible ! Deserves a 0 not a 1 ! Don't move into these apartments! Roaches everywhere, I don't know if it could be our neighbors but just disgusting! Plus the way they gave us our apartment is just disgusting our dishwasher is all molded from the inside that I don't even use it to wash my dishes , I wash them by hand instead , now don't tell me about our bedroom window, it won't shut all the way down , it's winter time and you can feel the cold air come through the window, we've moved into these apartments for almost a year now and we hate it here ! Poor maintenance , and to add on .... when it was summer time our a/c never worked and maintenance never fixed it ! Plus i was pregnant asfff but they will always tell me I'll go in tomorrow , this and that but they never came !!! They're just very lazy ppl ! And If they "fixed" it the next day it would stop working again ! I'm telling you donttttt lease into these apartments! I promise you it's not worth it plus they charge a lottt ! And they end up changing the amount your rent is supposed to be to a higher price .... Like wth ! trust me our rent has been oofffff , almost $200 more than what we were paying at first when burly moved in into these apartments around July 2023 ....
