Son un desastre, la gente que trabaja en las oficinas son unos incompetentes no le recomiendo vivir a nadie allí, cualquier inconveniente de mantenimiento se tardan mucho tiempo en arreglarlo y si es el AC van a pasar muchos días con calor

I don’t even live here. I live in the complex next door across a CREEK and their residents are constantly blasting music at full volume out of their car speakers and just hanging out in the parking lot not only all times during the day/week but last night till 1am on a Sunday/Saturday morning and I can hear it through my bedroom window. Can only imagine what their residents go through.

I would like to compliment 4804 Haverwood Apartments, asst. Maintenance Mgr. For going above and beyond in his professional service and kindness. He’s very respectful, and makes you feel at ease as he completes the task. Also , I hadn’t seen the ladies in the office or the other maintenance official since the first of the year. They are a wonderful team, and I wish them all a Happy New Year !! 🤗
