This is one of the most terrible places I’ve ever lived given it is the experience that this is my first time renting an apartment on my own they are discriminated they come in to your house while you’re gone run up your light bill leave your windows and patio is unlocked or just a terrible apartment complex please I’m gonna leave my number if you have anymore questions please call me

I have been living here for 3 years. I have not had many issues for maintenance but when I have, they have been promptly addressed (by Juan and the other maintenance staff). The original leasing agent I met when moving in, is no longer here but Zoe has handled my renewal paperwork since then and she's great. I really like this community, it is very clean and quiet. The apartment complex is located close, but not too close, to a DART rail station. My kitchen cabinet space is a little small, but then again I could work on my organizational skills. All in all, these apartments are a great value.

Great place to live for insect enthusiasts. You will have the pleasure of residing with insects of many varieties with an occasional garden snake as well. You’ll mostly be living with the roaches, their cousins the bigger roaches and their distant cousins the millipedes. Mosquitos will be sure to visit and you will definitely be greeted by swarms of gnats when you open your door every day for work and they’ll kindly wait for you to return also. Staff are also very kind but are unable to do much for your insects guests who overstay their welcome because they are permanent residents here.

Money hungry and do not care about the safety and health of their tenants. The maintenance man was nice though.
