    **UPDATED Review** After posting my previous review - my needs and frustrations were immediately heard and helped. I appreciate Kayla for reaching out instantly and ensuring that the items I put into the portal were handled within 24 hours. While it's unfortunate that it has taken this long to be heard, Kayla has assured me that things will be handled better and they will work diligently to have repairs done in a more timely manner. I appreciate the response and willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Property: Ross *ORIGINAL Review* Initially I really enjoyed living here when I moved in. It’s only been 3 months and the renovations are terrible. I have been missing blinds on several windows with promises from management that they were ordered and would be installed soon. My garage door opens randomly all on its own and I’ve reset the system myself to no avail. Nothing is scarier than waking up at 1am to your garage opening! In addition to that, the deadbolt from the garage into the house on the door isn’t even matched up, so when my garage opens randomly anyone can just enter the home. My cabinet doors were poorly installed and CONSTANTLY coming off in my hands. The refrigerator and microwave are both completely new and have broken pieces that were poorly installed come off. Within the first month of living here the garbage disposal began leaking and flooding the kitchen area. The first day I moved in I did not have a working shower and it took them two weeks to get to me and fix the shower head so I could clean myself. It took them two weeks to get a washer/dryer set delivered and installed for me. Manufacturers error and the washer broke. It’s okay it happens, Samsung took ownership, however, even though there is credit sitting at Best Buy to do an even exchange it has been FIVE WEEKS with promises to get me a new washer and there hasn’t been anything done. I have text messages and other documentation showing where The Collection does not uphold their promises and are unwilling to provide you with the items listed in the contract. For the amount we pay to live in this luxury complex I expect to have the luxury of doing laundry, showering and non broken kitchen appliances. PASS ON THESE TOWNHOMES.

    Have lived at the Collection since January and have had the absolute worst experience. The management team is very unprofessional. They put charges on your account that they don’t contact you about them first. I paid extra for a yard for my dogs to enjoy, and I can’t even leave them out for 5 minutes without someone complaining. Way to expensive for what you get, would NOT recommend living here.

    The community is nice. My neighbors are friendly for the most part, but I didn't really move here for that. The design is cool since I work from home most of the time, so the office space downstairs is ideal. The office staff is very helpful and they have the same resident portal I had from my old apartment; which I wasn't expecting, so that was an easy transition. Easy commute to work; I don't miss my former 45+ min drive. All in all it was exactly what I was looking for.
