Bahama Glen Apartments

Roach infestation. We were set to move in on a Thursday. That Wednesday I was told exterminators had came that day. We saw a few roaches when we moved in that Thursday afternoon. It wasn't until we came back that evening of our first night and saw roaches everywhere!!! Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. All shapes and sizes all over the walls, floors, fridge, everywhere! We didn’t spend a night there. Despite pest control and fumigation, these roaches kept flooding the unit. You may not see the roaches during the walkthrough- move in at your own risk!!!! We've completely moved out, 6 days after moving in. Our stuff had roaches all over and in them. Neighbors have also expressed that they are living with roaches and are just managing their living situation. No matter how cheap rent is, nobody should be living with roaches as roommates. This issue affects the whole building and possibly other buildings. My bet is that Bahama Glen Apartments will rent this unit to new people without fully dealing with the infestation issue! Thankfully, we got our rent, deposit, and admin fee back but not our app fees!!!! Also, when we tried to get our money back since we paid with money order, we got charged fees to get our own money back!! These fees and moving our costs we incurred were not reimbursed. Inside pictures are from that first night after wasting a bottle of raid on the roaches and the outside pics are from our final day there. Kelli Garber and management need to be held accountable.

I love this place but you got to constantly be on the lookout for roaches and some of the installed electrical equipment is old
