Ive lived in several apartments with different companies - post, MAA, American Campuses, Greystar, Lincoln. Never any issues, some better than others, but nothing significant like my experience with Luxia Swiss (RPM Living). THIS WAS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE! The management is all nice and smiles when there 0 things for them to fix or address. Any reports of car break ins, complaints about constant broken gates, and apartment issues are met with disdain. For $1450+ a month, these issues should NOT BE HAPPENING. Please understand you are only a paycheck, a walking dollar sign for RPM. Management (Jose & Alex) are never in office to resolve issues; when they are, you are dismissed as a second class citizen. If you want your property to vandalized /broken into, incompetent management, and high blood pressure, move to Luxia Swiss Ave. Dont trust them. I never leave reviews but i may have reached a breaking point. i moved here from hollywood blvd, LA in july and truly havent seen as many car break ins until now. everyday i leave the garage i see at least one bashed window, my friend that is also a former resident got his car parts stolen off his truck, and cars have been stolen. they only have cameras on the 1st floor and i am higher up. someone could fully abduct someone and get away with it here and for 1650$ thats insane. i have lost over $1500 of things in the mail since moving here and when i go to the office they just say sorry. My breaking point really peaked today when i was going to check my mail for a gift from a friend from home, regarding my dog that just passed away. it wasnt in my mailbox so, I went to the office and asked the women if they received anything and she said no without even looking and then said thank you! to get me out. i never get packages i order, mail is getting lost, security is just a parked car with no one in it, and break ins are a daily thing here for cars. I wouldnt recommend living here, i dont even have hot water for longer than 10 minutes. The trash staff is the only thing i like about this complex.

Car was broken into last night, moved in about 3 months ago and everything has been good up untill this point. I was aware of all the break ins prior to signing my lease so I guess I cant complain too much. If you see me sleeping in my car tonight this is the reason.

Lets start with the garage, multiple break ins regularly, the gate was broken for about 6 months straight. The mailroom/crackhead house. The amenities that don't work. The constant fire alarms with no fire, the doors that are broken and have been broken for months, the doors in the hallways that do not close...needless to say, I do not recommend this complex, it was nice before Luxia bought it. *Oh and the staff will not take any complaints seriously... no matter what they say
