Rosemont at Ash Creek

Well I been over here just about 5y now never had a problem until 3m ago. The people who moved over me they very loud and make up so much So much noiseSo much noise start at 3pm until 12am . I report it to the office over and over again. They still haven't done anything about it. I can't wait until I move out of here. Because I feel that I should be able to rest when I get off work. They run all day long. I am very disappointed how the office people handle it.

Just to follow upMagically, I received one of the 3 month back ordered stoves after my previous review, management has yet to reach out even after completing an apartment survey that asks if I would like to speak to someone. Evelyn never issued the corporate information asked of her, but she sure heard we had our dogs here and demanded documentation showing they were service animals, all provided. I know legally they have 10 business days to respond, were now well into 3 weeks without a response. I also magically received a microwave, both were brand new. My nasty fridge and house were both cleaned and sterilized by me, its still ticking, so I guess were good and just have to settle for a year.

No issues since ive been here but id like to say thank you to the office staff. The lady brianna is very sweet she helped me from start to finish with my rent. Im.not good at the new stuff but she is very very sweet.. Thank you k had ro give her a shout out..very sweet
