Pelletier Properties

Let me start by saying what an amazing location! All the amenities one could ever need are all found within a short distance. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet too. The buildings are extremely well designed and are kept immaculate. The floor plan of the units are fantastic also. The courtyards are absolutely beautiful and the management is very friendly and helpful too. I could not think of a better place to live then right here!

I have had the good fortune to have lived in different Pelletier properties over the years and it always amazes me as to how well kept these properties are!! ... each one is unique and beautiful in its own way; yet all have the same great consistent care and attention to detail. I have recommended Pelletier properties to friends, family and co-workers, with great success, over the years and will continue to do so.

The location is great and the grounds are beautiful but the management is awful. I requested a faucet to be replaced for over a year and it was never done. There were multiple items that I had to ask for repeatedly before they were fixed and I even had to argue and fight for my AC to be fixed. Once I was even told that if I wanted something done, I would have to pay for it myself. It gets really loud on the weekends and I mean REALLY loud with people fighting outside and peeing on the sidewalk.
