This place is a very bad place to live at, everybody who says it is good I know for a fact is lying. They charge the residents extra for the pest control they hire and the water which I have with a different company and drainage. Everything that I wasn’t aware I was going to get charged especially for trash. Too many bugs, too many people who love to cause drama. The people who lease out do not care what happens to the residents as long as they get paid. Already asked them to fix my refrigerator and air conditioner twice and they still haven’t fixed it but decided to charge me anyways. I am pregnant and I am not comfortable with living here but my lease don’t end till next year. Always tried being happy about it but everything they charged me for was already over 40 dollars my rent. Plus they charge to pay your rent which I am not pleased at all. If I could give zero I would

DON'T EVER MOVE HERE!!! Maintenance is an absolute joke here! Keep having sewage back up/water from the ceiling and no one is showing up to fix it (as usual). We've had a peeling bathtub and mold on the ceiling from our upstairs neighbor for MONTHS, sent MULTIPLE request to fix it and no one ever show up. Hope you like roaches too because we have so many and they don't send pest control out yet we still have to pay for it with our rent? This place is run by slumlords stay away
