The Village Hill

Pros: Amazing community and amenities. Good rate for what it is in the area. Maintenance actually does maintenance (except the bug problem isn’t part of their crew?). The place feels family friendly in the day. Cons: Major major bug problems. They use an all natural pesticide, but it does nothing. Its bad. Pool is also always noisy with nobody caring about curfew. Drives everyone nuts. You can hear everything if you’re close by. Sometimes weird homeless people wander in because it’s unlocked. Packages have been stolen as well. No parking at all. If you’re not back by 6 pm, you park outside very far away.

I love this place. It is very spacious all around. Currently there are a lot of construction happening but for good reasons and they are kind enough to notify us ahead of time. Village Hill provides activities every week that are very fun and still safe during COVID. The only downfall about the apartment is the kitchen is pretty small and cramp. It’s hard to navigate with three people. But overall everyone is friendly and staff is very helpful and gets things done as soon as possible. There is always security driving around so it is pretty safe.

The apartment complexes themselves are nice but the staff is terrible. Not only are they rude, but they only care about taking advantage of their residents for more money. I've lived in less "nice" apartments where the staff cares about its tenants and tries to work with you when issues arise. This is not one of those complexes. They try and get as much money out of you as they can, wouldn't recommend dealing with these people.
