The Parks at Walnut

My ac unit is very old from 1995), and so are most of them here. It is inefficient, loud and expensive to run. It barely cools the apt. It is only a small studio. When I moved in I had to pay to have the vents cleaned, they were disgusting. It was caked with cigarette smell, dust and mildew. I could hardly breathe. The pools are not cleaned properly. The front one has green water.

I wish I could put zero stars, But unfortunately the one star is the lowest. I left these apartments this year because management kept changing so much that no one was available when I had an issue. 5 months after moving out they’re sending me a bill… I never got my deposit back and it’s been 5 months and now they’re trying to get me to pay for random fees. Parking is horrible, I even had a “reserved” parking spot that people still kept parking in even though it was mine and I was paying extra per month. When complaining to management they said nothing or just said to call a tow truck. Tow trucks took 2+ hours to show up and by that time the car already left or I’m asleep. Horrible area and horrible management.

If i could put a 1/2 star i would do it...if you still want to live here be ready to hear gun shots at night and Not finding a parking spot EVER ,not even on the town homes ...oh and if you got a complaint..you better go in there docile and ready to beg cause if you raise your voice a little they call the cops on you.
