I am editing this review as it wont let me leave a new one. My original review was for the maintenance man Alex. Hes an awesome dude and has helped a lot and is the only bright spot in this place. Ive been here about 10 months and this place is terrible. Our move in date got pushed back 3 times. No where to park a trailer to unload so I have to walk extremely far to get my belongings in my apartment. We have cockroaches everywhere. For a month pest control didnt come, even after going down to the office to talk to them. There has been mold in every single room. Our floors are crap. We had a leaking pipe 2 months ago and they still have not fixed the 2 huge holds in our bathroom wall from fixing the leaking pipe. People party all hours of the night and blast music louder than Ive ever heard. Everyone is rude. They make you pay for pest control and valley trash whether you want it or not. Parking is a joke. Youre forced to pay for covered parking or walk half a mile. Half the time someone is parked in our spot we pay for all they do is say to call the tow company and they take hours to come out. When the tow company does come out, there are TENS of residents that come out like cockroaches and bang on the tow truck, threaten the drivers, throw beer bottles at them, Block the cars, its insane. There has not been security ONCE in the 10 months Ive lived here and was told they have security. The gates to get in are 99% of the time broken so anyone can come and go. Cars get broken into. The people across from me have like 14 people living there and I can prove it with my ring doorbell. People stumble out of the apartment drunk and knock on my door because they dont realize theyve gone to the wrong apartment. This is not a safe place. People fight every night. Ive seen someone try to run over another person with a car. I dont take my kid outside the apartment anymore because its not safe. Its so dirty. When you need something from the office theyre just sitting there laughing and talking and messing around. My lease is up in November and I will absolutely not be back. Do not waste your time or money.

THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! You don't want to live here. Gunshots at the pool, pool parties that start from 12pm until someone tells them to SHUT UP or has to call the cops. Parking is almost impossible to find because so many people park here that shouldn't. Bikes parked in handicap/regular parking spots. Dozens of cars illegally parked in the fire lanes, nobody speaks English, or has any respect for the other tenants that have jobs. Thi

I say do yourself a big favor and just dont come here every review will tell you exactly why you shouldnt waste your money on this establishment it is disgusting. Ive been living here for a little over a year and hated every second of it from black mold on the ceiling due to leaks, to noisy neighbors driving through with their music blasting, to roach infestation, the problems here are endless so if you see this and are looking for a beautiful place to stay with family let this be your sign :)

Its end off May pool is still closed Too many tenants partying outside A lot of cars so no room for guest To park. Amenities are only available during office hours. Hallways in back buildings are not well maintained. Grilling area and pool area not let nicely due to tenants who live in the complex. Not a luxury apartment as advertised. Staff is nice.

I just moved in last week, Memorial Day weekend, and honestly I blame myself as I was in a rushed position. Please make sure you walk the community both day and night and that alone will have you not lease. Make sure you look at the apartment prior to signing the lease. However, I cannot wait to give my 60 day notice. Moving in was one of the worst headaches due to no kind of parking in order to unload the truck. Multiple cars stop, put their hazards and do what they gotta do. Having to walk from building 5 to building 17 because there is no parking is ridiculous. Its unfortunate that ever since whatever happened in Venezuela that all of their people migrated over specifically to this area that they come in packs. Tenants with 4+ cars causing 0 parking for other tenants and visitor. Drinking outside of their garage with loud music. I also had to clean my apartment from top to bottom because it was absolutely disgusting. Spiderwebs everywhere. Ive found 3 live roaches and 2 dead ones and that alone is enough would have me break the lease if it wasnt so damn expensive. I am counting down the months until I can put my 60 day notice. Pool is closed and its summer.lol like what? They spent more money on making sure the office and gym look nice but nothing but patch work done in the apartments. I was told anything put on my checklist would get fixed within 48 hours. Its past that and Ive only had my kitchen faucet replaced. There was a storm causing damage and Im a very understanding person but I do not feel like I should be one after the maintenance team. I've been spoiled from my old apartments that any time something was wrong it was done almost immediately if not the following day. During my move my AC had stopped working and it was over 100 degrees outside which should be considered an emergency REGARDLESS OF THE TIME. I work for a big property management company and have been on both the Leasing and Maintenance team prior to my current position therefore I know what would be considered not only good customer service on the leasing side but what should be an emergency on the maintenance side. From a Passive Aggressive leasing team, to my garbage disposal spitting out metal barrings, roaches, to outlets not working, to carpet having stainsmind you, the carpet is to be replaced after every tenant, to fake vinyl flooring being ripped, to no parking, (youre almost forced to get a garage or carport) to quiet hours not really being in place, to gates not working (don't pay for a fob) and dont get me started on how disgusting the concrete is outside of the apartments from trash drainage (supposedly this has been tried to be cleaned via pressure washing but watch me take the stains out with hot water and bleach) which the drainage is probably causing the roaches as well, to light switches not working or managing other outletsthe wiring is all wrong. Until this property gets taken over by another management I do not see this getting any better. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE MODEL HOME. very spacious homes, yes, but absolutely disgusting. If the Better Business Bureau was to get involved they would shut this community down. Disappointed to say the least.
