I've had really great experience with the services I receive from my counselor that I've been seeing almost a year now. Shelly Gloyna, has been very instrumental in my life. I have made tremendous progress with the different techniques she has taught me how to cope in my day to day life. I'm so glad I met her because before her I was really struggling with mental health, and since her. I can say I've seen a lot of growth and I am doing a lot better in my life. She is a really great counselor and I would recommend her to anybody who wants somebody who understands them, listens to their concerns and takes the time to really help you be a better you. I truly appreciate the services from Carrollton Counseling and Wellness, and thank you to my counselor for all you do. Thank you,
