Total Anxiety Relief

Dr. Anne's classes have been a life changer. My daily anxiety level is practically 0. I learned different ways to work with my thoughts, question their truth and not be the victim. I am the person I want to be. Keep spreading the word Dr. Anne. The world is a better place when we all accept ourselves as we beautifully are; warts and all!

The Clarity Key class was literally LIFE CHANGING! In a very simple and straight-forward process, Dr. Anne was able to bring a few of my subconscious blocks to the surface, which then ultimately freed me of these blocks. I now have much more success in my relationships all around due to going through this process. The class also was powerful in that we all got to see each other's Clarity Key and ultimately we could all relate to each other's... each person's process helped not just themselves, but all of us in the class. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is struggling in any area of their lives... All blocks to happiness or success come down to subconscious beliefs, which the Clarity Key unlocks so we can be free of them. So powerful!

The clarity key class was so interesting, informational, and impactful. I was so impressed in how efficiently we covered a variety of topics. The group format was really helpful in understanding different people and perspectives. It is always easier to see things in others that we can't quite see in ourselves. I have already recommended this class to friends. You don't have to have something you're struggling with- this is the kind of class where anyone can find value.

I took Dr. Schanz's Clarity Key class and it has been life-changing. Thanks to this class I have gained the necessary tools to set boundaries and have better understanding of my behaviors and beliefs. I learned so much from this class and highly recommend it to everyone!

Dr. Schanz has really helped me to see things as they actually are, and not as I thought they were. She is very skillful at simplifying all your introspection and most importantly providing you with the best perspectives.
