Where to begin....I am beyond grateful and thankful for the level of care I received at Zen Counseling. Dimple Shah-Raja is truly the best therapist I have ever had! Her calm, firm and compassionate level of engagement was just what I needed to process the myriad of changes that 2020 brought into my life. Therapy is a difficult process at times and she was always there as a support system, an ear, a guidepost along my journey. I have recommended her to several individuals as she truly cares about her patients and wants them to feel safe and supported through this process. I highly recommend Zen Counseling and Dimple. The name speaks for itself and the care is truly some of the best I have ever received.

Almost a year ago I was diagnosed with PTSD Extreme Panic Attacks OCD and Depression. A year ago I was a different person. I knew I needed help. I didn't know how to even begin my healing process. I met Nirav and he helped me change my life. I learned a lot this past year. It was almost like I was a toddler again learning to ride a bike and therapy was my training wheels, helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. Always there to help before or during a fall. Because of my therapy I even learned not just to control my panic attacks but it basically feels like I'm getting rid of them. He also taught me therapy isn't or doesn't have to be sad he made it exiting and fun for me. I value my therapy and therapist so much. Thank you Nirav for having PATIENCE with me. It makes me exited for the rest of my journey!
