      image Had a problem with a claim I filed, and I needed to speak to a banker, however the guy said he was training and couldn't help me, and wouldn't let me speak to a banker, even though it was an urgent matter. Very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Wont ever be going to this branch again. So I had to come up to the branch on Ruben Torres. We'll see how it goes here...
