        I had an appointment, but when I arrived at the bank, the banker was on lunch break and no one else was available. I wasted my time going to the bank for an appointment (that I already had to set up!), all for it to be ruined. I haven't resolved my issue since my appointment was cancelled by the bankers themselves. This isn't even the first bad experience either with this bank. Truly disappointing that the bank doesn't value its customers!

        Enrique Medina III is the best part about this bank. He did everything he could to save my business acct. Unfortunately Chase bank customer service is terrible and Ill take my business elsewhere! But if he was CEO I would def keep my acct and probably bring my entire business over from Wells Fargo.
