I made an appt online, took time off to get service but was told they didnt have time for me when I arrived. No apology just a "maybe tomorrow". Worse possible customer experience possible.

Honestly I never write reviews but this place is terrible. I've tried to call them for 3 days straight to set up an appointment because they are the closest firestone to me and they always hang up immediately after I am connected. I can't even get the courtesy of a hello. What's the point of having a phone system if you ignore all the calls?

Had a great experience with Wade & Chris. Took in my Jeep Wrangler for an alignment & found out that I needed more parts for my Jeep after my overhaul. Chris as a Jeep owner shared his knowledge & experience with me so I know what I need for down the road or if I might say off road. Wade was as genuine as they came; he offered amazing customer service & treated me with the upmost service. Definitely recommend these guys if you need any work done.

Came in Wednesday morning to get an inspection done. The staff is nice, but I patiently waited 1 hour and a half just to get up and see my car was outside (Finished with the inspection) and I was not notified at all until I decided to get up from the waiting area to see what was taking so long... Not being responsible or caring for other people's time. Why wouldn't you complete my paperwork when inspection is done then notify me? Clearly peoples time is not a consideration.
