        Bought some replacement wheels and tires all around for my Acura. Omar and Jose were extra helpful along with the rest of the techs. Fritz gave a me his recommendations on where to go to for some minor height adjustments to my coilovers. That turned out great! A lot of hardwork from all the staff to make me a satisfied customer. Thank you!

        Just received the most unprofessional service ever! I went in to get 2 tires replaced. Waited 3 hrs and noticed that they didnt even pull it into the service bay! When I decided that I didnt want to wait anymore and requested a refund, then the service started! Its a shame I had to fuss to get service! Very unprofessional! Didnt even receive an apology for the inconvenience!

        I went in wanting to spend x amount on just 2 tires and getting the other 2 my next pay and thats not how it went. I ended up having to get all 4 since all my tires were the wrong size and they didnt just want to do only the 2 upfront. Which is fine and understandable thats not the issue. What is the issue is they lied and did not communicate with me properly. Since I went in only wanting to spend a certain amount of my $$ I tried applying for their discount tire credit card and upon applying the guy told me I did not get approved even though the screen did say approved but since I dont know how their screening system worked I just accepted the fact that I just had to drop way more money right there and then. The next day I got a credit report from Experian that I had opened an account with synchrony banking for x amount of $ on the day I changed my tires. I have now just received an email stating that my credit card will be in the mail soon. It would have been nice to cover most of it with what I got on the discount tire card and then payed the rest in cash. It also would have been nice if they could have communicated that I only got a certain amount not sure if they were in it just for the sale or what but it does suck. And even if I could not do half in cash and half in card again it still would have been nice to be informed about it.
