Came to this location to have a Computer Diagnostic done after my check engine light came on (among other lights). I was told it was due to the battery being changed without using a memory saver. They reset what needed to be reset and the light was of. The next day the check engine light (among other lights) came back on. I took it back to this location and was told it would take about 30 min to get my car in. I left after an hour and a half of waiting and my car had not been pulled into the bay. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers time seems to be a thread that runs deeply throughout this location. Management should be reconsidered. Until then, if you even do business with Firestone, do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

Ridiculous! Got here before they opened to get an oil change. After 90 minutes, they came and told me I needed 2 new tires. This is a work truck, and we have a service company. The guy told me if I get the tires approved, they could get them changed quick. Its now been FOUR hours. When I got up to ask about the truck, which they wouldn't let me drive off because of this nail in the tire, they told me they got the wrong tires. Why won't you let me know that? I'm here on work time, and you are basically holding me hostage because you wouldn't let me take my vehicle. 4+ hours for an oil change and 2 tires. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The customer service is terrible every time I come to this location. I'll definitely be going to a different location from now on.

Don't ever take your vehicle here. They are some scammers and will scam you out of your money. I took my truck in the get the ac fixed. First they said it was just a compressor and will be ready in 2 hours. Now it's 3 days later and now there saying that I got a bad fuse box and this is the reason that it's not getting power and I know for a fact that the fuse box was good before I took it in. I still had to pay alot of money today to get my truck out and the ac is still not working. They saw that we got 4 kids also and they messed up my fuse box just so they can get more money. I was very unsatisfied with there work.

There were 3 employees on a Monday afternoon, 1 guy inside taking calls and dealing with customers and 2 mechanics. One of the mechanics was a new hire, so they were extremely backed up
